Steamboat Springs is considered by many to be fairly remote, especially when compared to some other ski resorts that are located on the I-70 corridor. Being more remote has its perks – Steamboat is not overrun with the front range “weekend warriors,” making for shorter lift lines and less crowds around town. But getting here used to be a pretty major undertaking. Now, with the continuing expansion of air service directly into Hayden/Steamboat Regional Airport located an easy 20-minute drive from town and most lodging properties, Steamboat is actually one of the most accessible ski resorts in North America.

This year, there are non-stop flights to Steamboat Springs from 15 major airports across the country, serviced by 5 major airlines – Delta, American, United, JetBlue and Alaska. This is more than double the flights that were offered just 7 years ago, when there were non-stop flights on 3 major airlines from 7 cities, including Denver, for the 2011/2012 winter season.

Daily non-stop flight service is offered from Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles (LAX), and Minneapolis/St. Paul. Service is offered once or more per week, non-stop from Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Long Beach, New York/Newark, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle/Tacoma and Washington-Dulles.

Below is the Winter 2018/2019 flight schedule. For more information or to book reservations, visit www.Steamboat.com.
