Raised in Colorado, Holly and her husband, Ben, have lived and worked at Vista Verde Ranch, nestled in the Zirkels north of Steamboat, for 14 years, where they raised their four children. Holly brings her hospitality skills and a warm, friendly approach to provide her clients an experience where they feel taken care of. Her enthusiasm for excellence shows in the way she connects with her clients, walking them through the process in a valuable, thorough, and responsive way.
Before her time at the ranch, Holly pursued law, getting a BA from Colorado State University in Social Sciences, and her law degree from The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Her time spent in law firms developed her professionalism, problem-solving, research, and negotiation skills. Holly’s business is built on dedication, honesty, hard work, and effective communication.

When not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her kids, reading by the fire, riding horses, managing Vista Verde’s gift shop and boutique, chocolate, hearing people’s stories…and real estate.
