In light of recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, it has become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented event. We understand our clients will continue to have housing needs, but the health and well-being of our agents, clients, friends, families, and community will remain our top priority.
We at Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty are implementing the following changes, updates, and precautions, effective immediately. We will plan on having this in effect for the next 30 days and will continue to update the community if plans change.
- We are updating our office hours:
- Office Hours: 9-4 Mon-Fri
- All offices closed on Saturdays & Sundays
- The Steamboat Grand office is closed
- We are adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines, at a minimum. We are balancing the needs of our clients who have housing needs while avoiding large gatherings and encouraging creative, efficient ways of exposing and showing homes during this crisis.
- We are maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation practices at all offices.
- We are conducting fewer face-to-face meetings and leveraging technology in place of gatherings, and we are prepared to move our business online, from virtual meetings, video tours, FaceTime/Skype showings, etc.
- Since our offices are remaining open, please call during business hours if you need to speak to your agent, or ask your agent for their direct contact information.
- For property showings, we are asking buyers to adhere to sanitation policies and refrain from touching surfaces, knobs, light switches, etc.
- We ask that if you have recently traveled outside the US, are not feeling well, or have run a fever in the last 48 hours, that you give us a call rather than visiting the office.
Thank you for your understanding. We are still seeing strong demand, low interest rates, and housing necessities requiring the balance of needs in such unprecedented times. We hope that you stay healthy and appreciate your patience and positivity as we navigate the upcoming weeks.
