Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce Kaylee Ayres has joined the firm as a full-time Broker Associate. Having grown up in the Yampa Valley, Kaylee’s long-time roots in the community make her a welcome addition to the SSIR team.
Calling Steamboat Springs home for over fifteen years now, Kaylee knows and loves the neighborhoods, schools, and community. She currently sits on the board of the Sunlight Neighborhood HOA as Treasurer, and for the last two years, has worked in sales and marketing for the private Bella Vista Estate.

When she’s not working, you can find her baking wedding cakes for her business BabyCakes Steamboat, dancing with Steamboat Dance Theatre, skiing, cooking in the kitchen alongside her chef husband while listening to some classic Frank Sinatra, or hiking with her two daughters.
