Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce Tatiana McCalla has joined the firm as a Broker Associate with The Vanatta Group. Although she was born in Denver, Tatiana spent her childhood growing up in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia, before moving back to the mountains of Colorado more than 10 years ago. When she left Georgia for Colorado, Tatiana first settled down in Basalt in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley, falling deeply in love with the mountains and the lifestyle it has to offer. Now fortunate to call Steamboat home, the Yampa Valley has captured her heart, along with so many others.
With roots in the south, Tatiana didn’t lose that southern hospitality she grew up with – the desire to exude kindness, warmth, and welcoming to all those she encounters. “Tatiana is such a welcome addition to my team,” says Pam Vanatta, Owner/Broker at Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty. “She brings a delightful energy to the group, connects with people easily, and is a great communicator, all of which will serve real estate clients well. As a young adult starting her professional career, Tatiana led the exciting life of a competitive golfer. Since travel was such a big part of her life at the time, making Steamboat home is near and dear to her heart, and she looks forward to helping others do the same.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys time with her husband, Taylor (an architect with a local Steamboat-based firm), from whom her love and appreciation for homes truly stems. They, and their dog Bodie, enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer, including hiking, fishing, camping, biking, and of course, golf.
