Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty has recently completed a remodel of the real estate sales office at the Steamboat Grand hotel, located at 2300 Mt. Werner Circle at the Steamboat Resort base area. While the office has been in operation with SSIR and the Steamboat Grand since 2016, it was time for a facelift to the space. Located on the main lobby level of the hotel and across from the Grand Market, the office is open with a Steamboat SIR Broker 7 days a week to help guests with their real estate inquiries.
With recent upgrades to the Steamboat Grand hotel and the Steamboat Resort base area, the SSIR office was remodeled to follow these upgrades and stay current with the mountain contemporary design theme found throughout the base area. The inviting sales office allows SSIR Brokers a beautiful, modern space to sit with clients in the lounge area to discuss real estate, or handle business at the desk area.
