Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, Meg attended Miami University and received a B.S in Finance. She moved to Chicago and worked on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for ten years. Starting as a runner and eventually becoming a broker in the Eurodollar Option pit, Meg was a partner with Telluride Group. After ten years of the rat race, Meg and husband Steve, decided to move to Steamboat Springs, CO to start a family. They have lived in the Yampa Valley for 25 years, and now have two sons. Originally, Meg was a stay at home mom with tremendous volunteer participation in a variety of facets in the Steamboat community. In 2021, she was Chair-elect of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and was awarded Realtor of the Year. Her past community involvement includes being a board member of Yampa Valley Medical Center, Healthcare Foundation of Yampa Valley, treasurer and board member of the Steamboat Springs Hockey Association. She has also coached 8th grade volleyball for nine years. In her "free time", you can find Meg enjoying the incredible outdoor activities in Steamboat: skiing, jogging, hiking, biking and after 10 years playing recreational ice hockey and one broken ankle, she has taken up pickleball.
