Having over $33 million in sales in 2022, her reputation for providing the highest level of service to her clients – whether they're in the market for a small home, tract of land or a multi-million-dollar estate – is well deserved.

A lifelong resident of Colorado, Kathy spent years working in in finance before transitioning into real estate. As once the financial manager at PRM Realty, she oversaw all financial matters for over 200 rentals and 22 homeowner's associations. She had 10+ award winning years with Prudential Realty and continues her award-winning standards with SIR having received the Global Summit Award for the last 9 consecutive years. Her unique financial background allows her to navigate her clients through complicated real estate transactions. Having lived and worked in both Aspen and Vail’s real estate network, she is familiar with the resort industry as well. In Steamboat, Kathy partnered with the developer team and was the sole listing broker for the Club at Storm Meadows Spa Condominiums and the Trails at Storm Meadows Townhomes. Kathy possesses a complete understanding of sound construction and true property value, having worked closely with developers, designers, and architects in high-end homes and developments from inception through completion.

Outside of work, she lives an active lifestyle partaking in daily Pilates, skiing, hiking, and enjoys wake surfing at Lake Catamount. For the last 30 years, Kathy and her husband, Erik, have been residents of Steamboat where they raised their daughter, Kristina, and enjoy being lifelong skiers.
