Marje Tracy

A top-producing Realtor in Fairfield County, Connecticut for over 25 years, Marje relocated to the Yampa Valley to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with the active lifestyle, friendly community and small-town charm of Steamboat Springs. Earning success in the real estate industry in the area known as the Gold Coast of CT, including the towns of Westport, Weston, Fairfield and Southport, one of the most competitive and coveted markets on the East Coast, is no easy feat. Marje’s negotiating skills and reputation throughout the industry for providing the highest quality of service, earned her the title of Five Star Real Estate Agent in Connecticut Magazine, scoring highest in Overall Satisfaction by her clients. She was also honored as Realtor of the Year by the Greater Fairfield Board of Realtors.
Moving to Steamboat offered Marje the opportunity to be near her daughter and two young grandchildren, and to also bring her zest and exuberance for delivering exemplary service to her real estate clients in Northwest Colorado. When not in the office, you will find her cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winters, golfing in the summers (a lifelong passion), playing pickleball, and hiking with her Standard Poodle, Blue, all year-round. A lover of the arts, Marje also teaches acting and musical theater at the Steamboat Actors Studio.
Giving back to her community is one of Marje’s core values. Now serving on the board of directors of The Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs, she was a Fairfield Rotarian since 1995, serving as President for 2004-2005. She served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for 5 years, was President of Fairfield Follies Foundation for 14 years, Executive Director of Fairfield Follies from 2000-2013, and mentored a Rwandan family for the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants. She is a member of The Strings Music Festival Guild. These are just a few of the organizations with which she has felt fortunate to be involved.
