Moser Gulch consists of 160 +/- acres that borders thousands of acres of BLM for endless recreational opportunities! From there, the 360 degree views are incredible where you can see the town of Silt, a valley that stretches from Harvey Gap all the way to New Castle, and several other mountain formations in the distance. Due to the location of Moser Gulch, there are countless opportunities to keep you busy. The steep, rugged terrain allows for a long day of hiking, providing some of the most beautiful views. Other activities include hunting, riding ATVs or other off-road vehicles on the bordering BLM lands, fishing, boating, and swimming in the nearby lakes of Harvey Gap and Rifle Gap, spending the day meandering through surrounding towns, or even access to hundreds of thousands of acres of the nearby National Forest. Harvey Gap is roughly 20 minutes from the property and has numerous species of fish such as rainbow trout, pike, perch, crappie, catfish, and bass. Rifle Gap is approximately 30 minutes from the property, and includes rainbow trout, brown trout, walleye, perch, bass, and pike in its waters. Over-the-counter bull tags can be purchased for 2nd and 3rd season in GMU 33, whereas deer tags are draw only.
