Living in North Routt County

North Routt County stretches from Clark to the Wyoming border. With a variety of quaint communities and incredible recreational opportunities this area definitely a wonderful place to call home. Residing at a slightly high elevation the landscape of this area is very much the Alpine dream for those seeking the Rocky Mountain High! Tall pines, cool nights and plenty of peaks to climb offer a true retreat from our buzzing resort community.
During the winter, there are miles of groomed cross country and snowmobile trails in the winter which draws "powder hounds" from around the state. After the snow melts, residents find themselves with easy access to fishing, camping, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and hunting.
