Penny Fletcher, of Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty, was honored with the Realtor of the Year award at the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors annual event on September 9.
Consideration for this recognition is based on the Realtor’s involvement at both the local and state levels of the Colorado Association of Realtors, and requires a high-level of commitment, ethics and principles, as demonstrated through their work.
“The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors are very educated, informed and professional brokers,” says Fletcher. “Since starting in real estate in 1997, I am increasingly proud to be a part of this group and this profession. Having served our membership as a Director and the Chair, and having been on the Board of Directors for 8 years, I am truly humbled and honored by this recognition.”
According to Jill Limberg, Managing Broker for Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty and a long-time member of the Board of Directors, “Penny has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She has worked tirelessly on behalf of her fellow Realtors in leading our local Board through the day-to-day decisions that have to be made in order to make sure that we are delivering the highest level of service to the public, and contributing significantly to our community. She truly deserves these accolades.”
