For the second time in as many weeks, Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty has been recognized as one of the Top 500 out of all top brokerage firms in the country, this time by RealTrends 500. The firm came in at #456 in the overall “Largest Brokers in the U.S.” category, including all franchise and independent firms, based on 2018 closed sales volume, and #28 out of all Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates in the U.S.
The RealTrends 500 is an annual report that identifies the country’s most successful residential firms, ranked by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. This year’s survey represents the most comprehensive collection of data assembled on the leaders of the residential brokerage industry. Report findings are confirmed by independent third parties such as outside accounting firms or MLS reports.
