The list includes over 18,000 residential real estate professionals from every state and those ranked are among the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the country. Of the seventeen agents from Steamboat Springs on the list, twelve are represented by Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty.
In the state of Colorado in the Individuals by Transaction Sides category, rankings include Cam Boyd (#43) and Pam Vanatta (#66). In the Individuals by Volume category, Pam Vanatta was ranked #8 in Colorado, followed by Cam Boyd (#18), Arlene and Andrew Zopf (#111), Darrin Fryer (#119), Darlinda Baldinger/ChLoe Lawrence (#137), David Baldinger, Jr. (#154), Colleen de Jong (#157), Adrienne Stroock (#192), Cindy Macgray (#203), Doug Labor (#258), and Lisa Olson (#296). Steamboat Sotheby’s was the most represented firm on the list.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.
