The Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty Community Fund recently completed its Spring 2022 grant cycle, awarding $6,900 to Routt County nonprofit organizations.
Since its inception in 2017, the SSIR Community Fund has contributed more than $100,000 to 97 different programs and organizations. Established in collaboration with the Yampa Valley Community Foundation, the fund was created as a way for Steamboat Sotheby’s Realty brokers and staff to collectively contribute and make a meaningful impact in Steamboat Springs and Routt County. The programs funded include health & human services, senior services, youth programs, arts and the environment.
“We are pleased to partner with Steamboat Sotheby’s and the Resort Group on their Community Fund,” says Tim Wohlgenant, Executive Director of the Yampa Valley Community Foundation. “Through the generous donations of their brokers, their bi-annual grant cycles provide opportunities for specific nonprofit programs to receive support for projects supporting our community for which there are often few resources.”

- You Out Loud: Reimagined, Fashion for the Future program
- SSHS After Prom
- Yampatika: Program to Reduce Trash on the Yampa River
- Boys & Girls Club of NW CO: Summer Biking Programming
- Integrated Community: Listo Para Kinder
- NW Colorado Health: Camera for School-based Dental Visits
- South Routt Library Friends: Furniture & Tech in New Conference Room
