Darlinda Baldinger & ChLoe Lawrence received the Top Producer – Small Team award, The Vanatta Group received the Top Producer – Large Team award, and Kathy Steinberg received the Top Producer – Individual award. Lisa Olson & Josie Tolan won Most Transactions Closed as well as Most Listings Taken. In the Steamboat Springs MLS, 2022 posted 1,195 transactions and total dollar volume was $1.275 billion, the second highest on record. Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty recorded more than $772 million in sales volume in 2022, accounting for 32% of the total market share.
