Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty brokers were recently acknowledged for their achievements and outstanding performance in 2023. Thirty-six brokers were recognized for their accomplishments – a testament to the commitment, expertise, enthusiasm, and work ethic that they bring to their profession every day.
The Vanatta Group received the Top Producer – Large Team award, Darlinda Baldinger, ChLoe Lawrence & Avery Globe received the Top Producer – Small Team award, and David Baldinger Jr. received the Top Producer – Individual award. The Boyd & Berend Group won Most Transactions Closed and the Vanatta Group had Most Listings Taken. Other recognitions included David Baldinger Jr. – the Highest Sale, Jeb Powell – Rookie of the Year, and Barkley Robinson – Largest SSIR Community Fund Contribution.

In the Steamboat Springs MLS, 2023 posted 944 transactions and total dollar volume was $1.035 billion. Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty recorded more than $536 million in sales volume in 2023, accounting for over 31% of the total market share.
